Important Update: Online Triage Moving to Accurx

From Wednesday, 14 January 2026, St Luke’s Medical Practice will be moving our online triage system to Accurx.

We are always looking for ways to improve patient access and experience. This move to Accurx means that when you visit our website to submit a medical or administrative request, the form will look slightly different. However, the process remains simple, secure, and intuitive.

Accurx is a trusted, NHS-approved platform designed to make communication between patients and practices easier. This change is being made to help us streamline incoming requests and improve our response times to you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Why are you changing to Accurx? We are moving to Accurx to improve the patient experience and make it easier for you to contact us. The system is user-friendly and integrates better with our internal systems, helping us respond to your requests more quickly.
  • Will the process change for me? Not much! You will still visit our website as usual to submit your request. The form itself may look slightly different to what you are used to, but the steps are very similar and easy to follow.

  • Do I need to download an app? No. You can continue to use our practice website to submit requests via your web browser (on your phone or computer). There is no need to download any specific app to use this service.
